Beltane Gathering need to know.

Right in the middle of  The Green Desert of the Cambrian mountains.

As we are a in a rural location we would ask that you take home as much rubbish as you can. We will provide you with bin bags. Please no glass onsite at all, the sheep hate it! 

Food & Drink - Breakfast will be available and our food stall will be open until late. As we operate the bar and catering it helps us keep the ticket price as low as we can so please support the stall as much as you can. Our prices are very good and the food portions bigger than usual. We have options to suite all diets so please just ask!  Whilst in the campsite or campervan areas feel free to eat drink and be merry, but please NO open fires or disposable BBQ'S, charcoal raised BBQ's and raised camping stoves are fine, no scorch marks please, ideally bring a fire proof base, no glass on site at all. Once you leave your camp please don't bring food or drink to the arena area. 

Location - Dylife mid Wales is an incredible place once an old lead mine, you will see the workings, river and surrounding remains. By all means have a look around but please keep to the paths and respect our neighbours. Please use a bit of common sense when walking around the area and site as it is on a hill and has unflat areas and as an old mine area the odd divet or hole, we have flattened areas for camping since the first year. It's Wales, it rains or it might not! so bring a coat and good shoes. The new marquee is perfect as it will have the stage, bar, food and merch all under one roof so that is a new feature.

Parking - Cars will be directed to spaces as will pre-booked campervans, please follow the directions from the crew. A member of the GTF crew will be on hand to help you with this and anything else you might need. If you require any assistance with your camping gear just let us know as the hill maybe a bit much for some and one of the younger, fitter crew will give you a hand. Maximum distance from your car to the campsite area is approx 300m so not too far at all. Cars are parked free. Campervans need to be pre booked and each person must have an additional ticket that will be excahnged for a specific wrist band.

Toilets & showers - We have a great bathroom block onsite with real showers and loos. Additional toilets are in the campsite and by the marquee. We have plenty. Showers are included in the price of all tickets, but please NO long glorious, relaxing showers we want everyone to smell nice ;)

Welfare - Our team are here to help. We want you to have a great time. The guys from WP are all first aid trained and our onsite crew can help. So please just ask, after all we all want a fun, safe weekend. That's our primary goal so help us and look after each other. Our first aid area is clearly marked, drinking water is available from designated stand pipes and if you need a quiet space, we have a plenty.  Fire points are clearly displayed and we ask you to please take note, follow any directions given by our team in the event of a fire and please NO open fires. Fire extinguishers and sand buckets are located in marked places. This is a music event and as such we use amplification, lights, smoke and other effects including strobe lighting, please be aware of this and take your own precautions. Random checks maybe made of vehicles entering the site and you may be asked for bag searches upon entering the arena. Anybody carrying weapons or drugs will be removed immediately without question. Please do not touch the infrastructure including the stage area, lighting etc. Our campsite is set out to give you space to enjoy your weekend, so please don't camp too close to each other. Above all else just ask us and have fun!

Local Accomodation - There are a number of local options for you. Search Staylittle or Dylife which are both only a few minutes away by car or it is possible to walk to Staylittle approx 20min. 

Liability - Bryn Seren ltd (trading as Beltane Gathering) will not accept any responsibilty for damage to or loss of property, including vehicles at the event. We will not accept liability for personal damages, loss or injuries sustained at the event. We reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any part of the event and or terms and conditions, without prior notice. Anyone found to be disrespecting our attendees, our event, our staff and rules will be asked removed from the event for the benefit and safety of others.
