WELCOME TO BELTANE GATHERING - IN THE HEART OF MID WALES

As well as the weekends line up of bands we have our market area, local artists will be selling a myriad of trinkets and wares, our Wellness area offers massage, reiki and more. All our massage and treatments are charged by the minute, so you choose how long you want! Our food offering will be perfect for all. Keep checking back for updates and news.

Friday

Campsite opens from 12 noon. Park up, set and get ready for the weekend. Arena, bar, snacks open at 3pm
This evening is BELTANE and with Beltane comes fire!Our Beltane fire will come to life approx 8.30pm (ish) a spectacular start to summer as we "Jump the Fire" and move from the dark into the light! Friday has some fantastic music to get things moving. Mia Ellis opens the weekend, local singer Mia has the honour of getting things going. the next two artists are with us all weekend. 14 WOLVES are a wonderful duo who you are sure to really enjoy.After we have our bonfire going the very fantabulous Gypsy Pistoleros will perform the first set of the weekend, expect the unexpected and get ready to have fun. We'll move from the field to the Star Inn itself for an old school disco.

Saturday

The first full day. Breakfast will be available from the Star Inn from 8.30 until 10am. "Butties & Bevvies"
The arena and Makers market opens from 12noonSaturday gets going at 1.30 artist tbc14.45 Andrew O'neill brings their award winning "History or Punk" a must here performance16.00 Local band Treble get the music started.17.00 Things heat up with the awesome Kinstrife18.15 Fangslinger keep the stage pumping19.30 Brooster & West get the banjo pickin' 20.30 AK & The Red Kites heat the party up21.45 the 2nd set from the Gypsy Pistoleros and this is set be a cracking end to the arena.
Back to the Star Inn for a night with Heidi Heights & disco.

Sunday

The day after the night before! "Butties & Bevvies" available from 8.30am until 10am in the Star Inn
The arena opens as saturday at 12noon.Sunday starts gently with our "Buskers" please treat this as real busking.13.10 We have a very special performance of "Hiereth" a spoken word play withg acoustic guitar. Performed by world renouwed stroryteller Daniel Morden and Toby Hay. Grab your sunday lunch from our Braai and bottle or Malbec and get Sunday of to a relaxed start.15.00 Local band Punk rock disco wake you up16.00 Mid Wales Pompeii Strasse keep things going17.15 Roxy & the Lockhearts are sure to bring a great set18.15 Dead Reynolds will bring a blistering set19.30 King Kraken a great band from South Wales20.45 Janus Stark bring the weekend on the hill to a close in fine style

More about the weekend

We have some truly fantastic bands with us for our first year. Many will be playing the major festivals this coming season and Beltane Gathering is a great warm up the them. They will be on form and ready to entertain you. As a small but perfectly formed event we strive to bring you a full festival feel without the crowds. Our makers market is made up of local crafts people. We don't and will not charge them for a place and take nothing, so they keep what you spend. The bar will have some real ale, ciders, lagers and a range of "Twisted Tavern" spirits. If you want to bring your own Tankard/drinking horn or plastic beaker please do. We will have them, but we are pretty sure you've got some. We will have breakfast "Butties & Bevvies" available in the Star inn. Food in the arena will feature our authentic Braai with great meats, we will of course have options for all. As we are in Wales the chance of rain is always on the horizon, so bring scuba gear 😂 seriously bring a coat. If you are camping we will show you the areas you can set up in, make sure you are warm. We will provide you all with a bin bag, please please use it! We are a rural, working land area and we need to leave no trace. The area is beautiful for a walk in the morning. After the stage closes we will move to the Star Inn, bring a torch, we are in the Dark skies area of Wales so Star gazing is a real possibility.
